Aims and Scope

The scope of JICL is focused on international criminal law, but not limited to it. There is a serious interdependence among political sciences, philosophy, criminal law and criminology, ethics and international criminal law.

The aims of the JICL, among others, are as follow:

a) to promote and foster study of international criminal law in a spirit of partnership and cooperation with the researchers from different countries;

b) to promote international peace and justice through research and publication;

c) to promote international peace and justice through research and publication;

d) to foster and encourage multi perspectives of international criminal law; and 

e) to encourage young researchers to study and promote international criminal law.
